GENERAL DESCRIPTION
CC-Eliminator Plus is designed to reduce levels of benzene, eliminate
hydrogen sulfide and pyrophoric iron present in refining vessels,
tanks and process loops. CC Eliminator Plus can be used as a one step
decontamination process handling both the degassing and degreasing in
the same treatment.

USING PROCEDURES
Analysis of the waste to be treated for total sulfides will best
determine the amount of CC Eliminator Plus needed for treatment.
Contact your Clean Concepts representative to analyze and test for the
best recommendation. Inject CC Eliminator Plus into the process loop
or mist into the vessel. CC Eliminator Plus reacts with the hazardous
compounds and binds them in the water where they can be dropped out in
the waste treatment process and
disposed of in non-hazardous sludge form. Some fresh water rinsing may
be required to remove loose iron particles.

STORAGE
Store in container inside at temperatures above freezing. Reseal
container after withdrawal of product.

CC-414P is a natural hard surface solvent cleaner. CC-414P is designed
to remove encrusted oil and grease soil deposits found in the petro-chemical
industry.
USING PROCEDURES
General Maintenance Cleaning: Dilute 1:1-1:20 for heavy duty
degreasing via low-pressure chemical applicators.
Steam Cleaning: Dilute 1:50-1:128. Follow cleaner with a clear water
rinse. Use solvent-resistant hoses for all hot water applications.

CC-400-AS is a natural hard surface solvent cleaner. CC-400-AS is

the petrochemical industry. After CC 400-AS settles it will separate
into water, oil and coke fine layers.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
CC-900 is a blend of Naphthalene’s and other proprietary chemistries
used to break down heavy hydrocarbon and chemical deposits found in
the petrochemical industry. CC 900 is affective when used with Light
Cycle oil as a carrier and in most cases can be sent to a slop oil
tank and be re-refined. CC 900 breaks heavy hydrocarbon deposits found
in knock out drums, cokers, heat exchangers and asphalt tanks. It is
also effective in dissolving “Pop
Corn Polymers” found in chemical processing plants. CC 900 also
contains no water that might be harmful to catalyst during reactor
cleaning.
